Returns

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on cosmetic and makeup products once they have been delivered.

All sales are final. Please make sure to carefully review your order before completing your purchase.


Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via our Contact Form.

Your order number
Photos of the product
A description of the issue

If the issue is confirmed, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.


Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, your order may already be processed and shipped and cannot be cancelled.


Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
