In what currency are the prices displayed on the website?
All prices on our website are displayed in GBP (£).

I just placed an order, when will it be shipped?
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Once shipped, delivery takes approximately 4 to 6 business days.

When will I receive my tracking number?
Your tracking number will be updated within 2 to 3 business days after your order has been shipped.
If you haven’t received your tracking number after 5 business days, please contact us via our contact form.

Can I get a refund for my order?
Personalised items are non-refundable, as each item is made specifically for the customer.
However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us via our contact form and we will gladly offer a replacement or an appropriate solution.

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order free of charge within 12 hours of placing your order.
After this time, your order may already be in production or shipped.

I entered the wrong address, what should I do?
If you entered the wrong address, please contact us via our contact form within 12 hours of placing your order.
After this time, we cannot guarantee changes.

What is the delivery time?
Delivery takes approximately 4 to 6 business days after shipment.
